COVID-19 UPDATE - Progressive Reopening as of June 16, 2020

To All our valued patients:

The past couple of months have been anything but normal, and we hope that you and your family have been staying safe and healthy. A lot has been changed since, and so have our day-to-day operations. One thing that is unaltered is our commitment to your health and safety. Upon your return to our clinic, you will notice several new processes in compliance with the infection prevention and control recommendations by the governmental authorities.

Before entering the clinic and the treatment room, you are required to sanitize your hands. We will provide hand sanitizers and a mask if you don’t have one. Our staff will pre-screen every patient to rule out the symptoms associated with COVID-19. It is best if you download your COVID-19 Patient Consent Form and fill it beforehand for your appointment.

We request you to proactively reschedule if you or any person in your family has a fever, cold, and other such symptoms. Our aim is to reduce wait times for our patients by spacing out appointments. Please make every effort to arrive just a few minutes before your appointment and do your best to maintain a safe distance from other patients.

We appreciate your patience and cooperation.

About Periodontal Disease

Periodontal disease is caused when the bacterial plaque between your teeth and gums destroys the attachment fibres and the supporting bone that hold your teeth in place.
